Tesha is the Founder and CEO of Jireh Consulting, LLC, an accounting and bookkeeping consulting company. The organization was established in May of 2004 with the purpose to assist small businesses in their daily accounting and finance management. Over the past 18 years, Jireh Consulting has helped business owners develop and maintain bookkeeping systems, and manage the finances of their companies. Before establishing Jireh Consulting, Ms. Kelley worked in both public and private accounting companies offering bookkeeping and accounting, tax preparation, budgeting, and payroll services. Ms. Kelley provides technical assistance services through various business development organizations furthering her efforts to promote sustainability in under-served communities. Jireh Consulting currently services non-profit and for-profit organizations in NY, NJ, PA, DE, and MD.

Ms. Kelley is a native of Hillside, NJ, where she received her early education. Her undergraduate studies in Accounting and Finance were completed at Regis University in Denver, CO. Ms. Kelley recently completed training in Financial Management Coaching. As a coach, she works with individuals and families to become debt-free and prepare for retirement.
