Business Builder Loan
For business loans requiring in excess of $30,001 and up to $100,000, the GNEC Business Builder Loan Program can help.
Loan amounts from $30,001 to $100,000 ($100K is our maximum loan amount).
Collateral pledge is required (NO exceptions)
Final decision is determined by an external credit committee.
Subsidized Fixed Rate of 5.99% with NO prepayment penalties and a term typically of 5 years
